- All children under age 16 must have a current signed parental permission form for each session.
- A complete and current registration form must be turned in to the instructor for each participant, for each session.
- Parents must remain on premises for all children.
- Siblings not enrolled in class may wait on the designated area on the church campus.
- Children not attending ballet classes must NOT be left unattended.
- As a Christian ministry, all sessions are Christ-centered.
- Parents must sign and adhere to a memorandum of understanding.
- Students will be encouraged to perform as a group for special events.
- Volunteer supervision and assistance will be asked of parents for helping with administrative needs.
